Bridgewater Alliance does not:

Members must make their own independent assessments and decisions and should seek advice from authorised professionals where appropriate.
2. Information, Content & Financial Promotions
Any information, editorial content, founder materials, presentations or discussions made available through the Service are provided for general information and educational purposes only.
Where founder materials or business information are made available:

Bridgewater Alliance does not approve, endorse or verify the merits of any business or opportunity

Access to such materials does not constitute a financial promotion or recommendation
Bridgewater Alliance does not assess suitability or appropriateness of any opportunity for any user.
3. Membership & Applications
Access to certain parts of the Service is restricted to approved members.
Membership is application-based and subject to review at Bridgewater Alliance’s discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:

Accept, decline or withdraw membership

Suspend or terminate access

Modify or discontinue features or programmes
Membership provides access to the Service and ecosystem only. No outcomes are guaranteed.
4. Payments, Fees & Optional Services
Membership fees, event fees and optional services (including mentorship, Study programmes or preparation services) are clearly identified.

Fees are payable in advance

Fees are non-refundable once access has commenced, unless expressly stated otherwise

Optional services are provided separately from membership
Payment of any fee does not create any obligation on Bridgewater Alliance to facilitate introductions, investment activity or outcomes.
5. Founder–Investor Engagement & Introductions
Bridgewater Alliance facilitates structured visibility and introductions only, based on independent expressions of interest.

All engagement between founders and investors is voluntary

Any introduction is non-binding and does not constitute arranging or advising

Bridgewater Alliance does not participate in negotiations or transactions
All discussions and outcomes remain solely between the relevant parties.
6. Accounts & Member Conduct
Users must provide accurate, current information and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You agree not to:

Misrepresent your identity, role or intentions

Solicit, pressure or promote investment activity

Engage in unsolicited outreach

Use the Service for unlawful or misleading purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or Alliance standards.
7. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All content provided by Bridgewater Alliance is protected by intellectual property laws.
Members retain ownership of their own submitted materials but grant Bridgewater Alliance a limited, non-exclusive licence to display such materials within the Service for membership and informational purposes only.
No content may be reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services.
Bridgewater Alliance has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party content, services or advice. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Bridgewater Alliance makes no representations or warranties regarding:
